Over the years I've written a few articles on my favorite subject: whelping dogs.  I'm asked so often for my forms and lists, I've decided to put them online.  Please take what you need and let me know what you think.

NOTE:  Because some of this material has been taken and sold on Ebay recently, all the forms have been changed and now have a copyright notice on them.  Sorry about that.  In the meantime, the person who stole my forms is being investigated for theft of intellectual property and copyright infringement.
