Trixie is the girl who came to have a litter of puppies and stayed to have fun. Trixie came in whelp in September of last year and quickly wormed her way into the family. She will probably have one more litter, add at least a CD and HS to her impressive list of titles this year. |

This is Trixie's official show photo. She really doesn't look much like this anymore as she has grown into those leg and bodied out quite a bit. That's what happens when you finish your championship early. |

This is what Trixie enjoys doing the most. She loves her babies and is very protective of them. She would often circle her pen of puppies from the outside and not let any other dog within a couple of feet. She even did this with other bitches' litters. She just loves babies!
Her she is with her mother's litter of puppies. She helped play wet nurse and did a good job. Trixie would nurse Tizzy's babies, then go back and join her own. What a trooper! |
Trixie has returned to Heart of Gold to keep Lisa and Jay company. Thank you to Lisa Phillips for allowing Trixie to stay with us. We are going to miss her, but the place is a lot quieter!
