The kitty and the babies
 
 
Chewy loves to be with the babies.  Silver is the first mother who didn't welcome him in when the pups were newborns, so he had to be patient -- he had to wait until Silver no longer lived with her puppies.  And Chewy waited.  Now the puppies are 6 weeks old and he goes in with them as often as he can.  He lays with them, plays with them, and corrects them when they are disrespectful -- which is often.  He is always nice to them, never uses his claws, and bites them gently when they need to learn a lesson.  We are so lucky to have him to help raise our babies!

Chewy with Jett's litter.  The difference is that Jett doesn't mind him being there.  As long as Chewy pays some attention to Jett, he can sleep with the babies all he wants!
